My nieces birth name was Shelby Lee Miller born in Johnson city new York on jan.30 1970 she was born with a hole in her spine and could not use her legs last time seen at Broome County fair in Whitney Point N.Y. she was in a wheel chair Shelby was made ward of the state and no family member has been able to find out any info about her whereabouts. would love to see her again or if anyone knows anything about her please let me know.
