I am looking for my biological father. The maiden name of my biological mother was Karen Anne Collier of 38 Midwood Ct., Waterbury, CT. My adoption was handled by Family & Children’s Services of Stanford, CT. From the limited contact I have had with my biological mother, she has not indicated a willingness to provide information about my biological father although her ex-husband has confirmed that my biological father tried unsuccessfully several times to query her about me.
