I know i was born at St. Josephs Hospital (Syracuse N.Y) on 7/20/1971. My Biological mother named me David Rice. She gave me up for adoption through Catholic Charities in Syracuse when i almost reached the age of 12 months. I know my biological mother was 17 yrs. of age when she gave birth to me. She was white & my biological dad was black. My (bio) mother lived on the corner of N. Salina & Ash St. in an apartment when she was pregnant with me. Her religion was Protestant & her mother suffered from Epilepsy.
