My brother was born on March 13, 1948 in Brooklyn Women’s Jewish hospital. His birth name was Steven Lazaroff. He was placed with his adopted family as an infant and the formal adoption occurred at 16 months of age. The adoption agency was called, the Rabbi Steven Wise Agency . The records are now help by Spence Chapin services. They have my information, but will not give me any information unless my brother begins a search. Thank you for your help .
