Born in the Bronx 1972 was told mother died after she gave birth. Catholic Charities from Albany New York did the adoption. Original birth certificate had mothers name (Leticia Salina) and my name ( Brenda Salina) father unknown. Gale Homburger and Edward E Miller of Howe Cave NY were my adopted family. After they adopted me my name was changed to Leslie Ann Miller. new birth certificate was issued October 13th 1972. and I was born October 11th 1972. May have found my birth mom Leticia Salina in a Uniondale Year Book 1966 but dates don’t add up and I was told she was deceased but cant seem to get a death certificate. doesn’t seem to be one on file. New York State Department of Health Registry # 156-72-213287
