My birth certificate says Syracuse NY but my adopted mother said she thought I was born in the hospital in Waterloo NY. Was told my mother was 19 my adopted father worked for DSS in Seneca falls NY and my adopted mother was a secretary they were in mid to late 30’s when they adopted me. I was put in hospital after birth before adoption for upper respiratory infection. Birth moms last name Kent.
