Things I remember... I was an orphan until the age of 2 when Frederick and Julia Mays received me from Leake & Watts orphanage located in Yonkers NY. I grew up in Queens‚ NYC‚ when Julia Mays passed away in the early 70’s I was passed down to her son and his wife Thomas and Getrude Mays. Joan Condrington also from Queens also was a caregiver to me whom I greatly appreciate.
