Hello i am searching for a daughter I adopted out she was born December 31st in 1988or 89. At wilson hospital johnson city ny. I had a seziour disorder that made me have a nerves breakdown. I placed my children in temporary foster care. But she had problems I thought would have been hard for me. So the foster parents wanted to adopt her. I knew she would be in a loving home. Now I would like to know how she is and if we can reconnect.
