My son was born in The Hague in Jun 1964. He was issued an American passport in the name of William Jay Martin. He was flown to the UNITED STATES in July or August of 1964 where he was placed either for adoption or given to his adoptive parents. For some reason I remember American Family Services as being a part of the adoption but cannot be sure as my father Fred Martin made the arrangements.
