Hello. My name is Alissa Smith. I was born on January 31, 1966. I was supposedly born in Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls NY, Warren County. After 3 days in the hospital I was sent to foster home. On April 6, 1968, I was adopted by a Great Family from NJ! I was adopted by Mr.and Mrs. Hall! Spence-Chapin handled the adoption. I am now 51 years old and trying to find my birth family. Have had no luck.
