Im looking for any of 3 siblings and my birth mother and or father. I was born February 5th 1991. I have my birth mothers hospital intake form from my birthday. All of my siblings were all removed from my birth mothers custody. Hospital papers state i ha e a sister one year older and two brothers about eight years older. Possible fathers last name is Cook or Strobel. Spelling may be incorrect. Birth mother has some mental disease.
