Birthmother Alice O’Brien born in Ny (?) I, Noreen Mary O’Brien born at Meadowbrook hospital in East Meadow, L.I. at 7:30pm. Birthfather unk. BM was 22 when she gave birth. BM lived at 83 Barnyard lane in Levittown. I stayed in hospital until june14 1955 until adopted. Rec’d my info by requesting BC from hospital 8 yrs ago even though records were sealed. Got orig & amended bc. Got non-id info from ny dept of health. Only known info on BF he was 26,served in army, WORKED trucking/newspaper press,was irish,5’11",brown hair,stocky and left when learned of pregnancy. Bm’s mom died when she was a teen. She lived w/gparents til h.s grad then moved to nyc,got preg,moved in with uncle and his family who got divorced. She moved in with a girlfriend in same neighborhood. Discharged to adoption agency June14 1955. Bm tried to find job so she could keep me but she didnt me to grow up w/o a father as she did. Here alcoholic father left when was 2 . I was adopted by Wm &Olga Brennan when I was 2.
