I believe I was born at Broadacres Hospital in Utica‚ NY. I was adopted through Catholic Charities. They have been no help. I have tried to obtain my birth certificate to no avail. The Law Firm Abend‚ Hobika and Fernicola of Utica had sent my original birth certificate to my adopted parents May 24‚ 1966. They are now both passed and I have never had possession of it myself. I’m requesting (again) a certifified copy from the State of New York in the meantime. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
