I was born in New York City in 1946. In 1949 I believe my mother’s husband adopted me. I know who my mother is. My DNA late in life revealed he was not my birth father. I have not had access to my adoption records and no idea how to find them. My end goal is to get a copy of my live birth certificate which was sealed after the adoption. Can you help me?
