I am seeking a male cousin who was born out of wedlock to parents who later married and had three children who grew up knowing there was a long lost brother. The mother was sent to a Catholic charity home in Skaneateles, NY, where I understand that the delivery and adoption took place. The parent were married circa 1965 so my guess is their firstborn was born in 1964?
