My adopted name is Valerie Ana Lynch. I was born 10/09/1992 at 10:30pm. I was known as Baby Sanchez. Puerto Rican/Dominican mix. My birth parents real last name is Sanchez. I have documents that show that my birth mother’s name was either Noelia or Nancy sanchez and I’ve been looking for her for as long as I can remember. I was told that I was adopted around 3 years old. The last day of court for adoption I was told that my birth mom went out for the lunch break and didn’t come back. I have 6 other siblings (All brothers except for one sister) who were each places together in the same adopted home in Long Island‚ NY‚ besides myself.
