I think name of Hospital the baby (a boy) was born in was Forest Hills Hospital (in Queens). I did not give the correct names for me or the man who was his father. I said the father was a military member in Canada (he wasn’t). I do not remember what I said about myself. The information I was able to see in the attorney’s folio was the adopting couple had a name that was something like Roman Roaman, and they lived in Long Island. The father was a chemist.
