I was born Female Feliciano on Sept 19, 1971 in Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. NY. I was placed in foster care directly from the hospital I was adopted through Angel Guardian .I was in foster care until I was nearly 3 because there was an uncle contesting the adoption. Adoption was final June 1974. Was told that Mother went back to Puerto Rico after birth.
