Searching for a male child born on April 15, 1969 in Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in Patchogue, Long Island, New York. Baby was born in the early hours of that morning and weighed over 7lbs. Adoption was handled through the Suffolk County Dept. of Social Services and infant was in foster care prior to adoption. Final relinquishment papers were signed in July of 1969. Many attempts to locate child over the years years, including those done through a private investigator, have failed. Apparently the Dept. of Social Service is a very hard nut to crack. Family member searching for this child. Information is on file with New York State up in Albany.
