I know that i was born at St. Josephs Hospital (Syracuse N.Y.) on 7/20/1971. My biological mother named me David Rice. She gave me up for adoption through Catholic Charities in Syracuse when i was close to reaching 12 months old. I know my biological mother was 17 yrs. of age when she gave birth to me. She was white & my biological father was black. My (bio) mother lived on the corner of North Salina & Ash St. in Syracuse N.Y. in an apartment. Her religion was Protestant & her mother suffered from Epilepsy.
