I’m looking for my birth father. I found my mothers family already. Hi My pre-adoption name is Justin Christopher Herbert Birch . I was born in Feb 1977 at ST Luke’s women’s hospital in Manhattan NY. I was put up for adoption in 1978. My Mothers name was Penny Lynn Peters. She was 26 at the time of my birth. She was from Seattle but lived in Guam and Hawaii at times. Her husbands name at the time was Matthew Birch. According to my mother’s family he was not my birth father as he is white and I am Half white and half Black.
