My birth mother. I was born 3/20/67 in Binghamton N.Y. and was put into foster care by my mother . I think my name at birth was Holly Jo Phillips but am not certain . I was adopted aprox 18 months after by a family last name Langley . Was told my mother was 5ft2 and father 5ft3 and mixed american background and were white . Do not know much else.
