I am searching for my Mother-In-Law’s 2 younger siblings Victor E. Backus born in 1945 and Bonnie Marie Backus born in 1948. Mother - Mabel Brown. They were adopted out guessing around 1952. Both born in Syracuse. Lived in Sandy Creek, Oswego, NY. Bonnie was said to have been adopted by an Army Officer’s family at Ft. Drum. My Mother-in-law never saw them again after 1950 when she was 10 years old. She has been heartbroken to find them all these years.
