I was placed for adoption at birth. I was born in Queens‚ NY. The adoption agency that was used was Spence-Chapin. My biological mother was 17 years old when I was born. My adoption was finalized in February 1976 in New York. The parents that adopted me travels to New York to pick me up and have the adoption finalized‚ but I grew up in Maryland. I was told that my background/ethnicity is French-Canadian and Irish (biological mother) and my biological father was said to be Puerto-Rican/Black.
