We are looking for my husband, Jeff Johnson’s half brother. We just found out last year of his birth in 1951 to T. Marie Hill at the Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital in Elmira NY. We do know that there was a medical situation involving one of his arms at birth and he was held in the hospital for 2-3 weeks until he was medically cleared for adoption to a family that was already awaiting him. We have a great family waiting to meet him Thank you.
