Was told by adoption Agency that file was missing and then moved to ACS in NYC. Surrogate court denied unsealing file in Nov.5, 2010. Received non-identifying information from Albany NY that stated that mother was caucasian, 38 years of age. Normal delivery at Booth Memorial Hospital in Flushing NY, mother had 3 children prior to me. Adopted Parents, Robert H. Foos and Claire Anne Foos were living in Bellaire, Queens,NY. at the time and Attns.Schulman and Schulman, Court St. Brooklyn, NY were present. Registered ISRR May 2010. Note Talbot Perkins closed then Spence Chapin closed then files were moved to Administration for Children’s Services NY NY 10038. Margaret Frances Amarose was name on adoption papers.
