I am trying to find both my half brother and half sister. We have the same mom but different fathers. They both have the same father by the name of Jesse Joe Brown. I was around 7 or 8 years old at the time. My brother was 3 years old and my sister was 2 years old. At the time their names were Ricky Brown and Shena Marie Brown. I was told that my sisters name was changed to Kathleen, and they have different last names now I just don’t know what. I have the original birth certificate of my sister Shena. Which I’m sure her birth certificate has been amended after adoption. I have no clue how to go about finding them. I also was told at the time (which was about 29 years ago), that they lived in Suffern, NY. They both have to be around 30-32 years old now. Please help.
