The birth took place at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira, NY. Which in in Chemung county. This was a private adoption which took place in Salamanca NY, in Cattaraugus county. The adoption went through an attorney group. Thomas Brady was the lawyer who facilitated the adoption. His daughter is now in the firm. He is semi-retired. There has been no contact with the adopted family, however I do know that the Mom is a teacher and the Dad was a businessman.
