My name is Derrick Pitts. I was born june 28 1983. I have a sister who was born December 24 1984 or possibly 1985. When she was born my mother wasnt in the proper mental capacity to take care of her and my grandmother and her health issues wouldnt allow her to take on another one of my moms children so my sister Daly Pitts was adopted. I only seen her once in my entire life and I was 4 yeras old and I still recall the time‚amazingly its etched in my head. I dont know if she even has an idea that shes an adopted child. Her name is possibly changed also. I am now 30 years old and I yearn to meet her. Please help
