I am a birth-sibling looking for my sister. She was born in Fulton NY in June(28th?)of 1974 in Fulton Memorial Hospital to Patti Ann King who was an 18yo "student" at the time. She called the baby girl Angel but I’m not sure if the name was ever put onto the records as my sister was adopted right in the hospital. I believe the birth-father’s name was/is Steve Tanner. My mother was told that the adopting parents were teachers but she was fuzzy on if it was one or both of them.
