Mother (possibly Hispanic) was 16 when baby was born and dad is believed to have been 17 (possibly African American) they called her Lucy at the foster care. She’s been searching for years now. She doesn’t hold any anger on why she was given up. Things happen. She has 8 loving children, all with different personalities, but now with questions about where they come from. At this point she is really looking for any family member for medical purposes! She carries the sickle cell anemia trait and now so does her grandson who is 5 months.
