I was born October 17, 1968, Female, at Highland hospital in Rochester, NY and adopted 3 days later thru a lawyer’s office in Downtown Rochester, NY, to great adoptive parents. When I turned 18 they took me to the lawyer’s office and I connected with my Birth Mother, Sharon Inglis Wheeler, who introduced me to 2 half sisters and a half brother on her side whom I have a great relationship with. A couple of years later I met my birth Father, Victor Coretti (not sure of spelling of last name) who was in Rochester, NY (He’s orginally from here) for one of his brother’s funeral (approximately 1999 - early 2000’s) He kept in contact with my birth mother and she asked if he wanted to meet me. He told me He lived in Holly Hill Florida and worked as a welder, he was only here for the funeral. He was married when I was born and still married to the same woman at that time. He has 2 daughters. 1 who is a year or two older than me and one a couple of years younger than me he did show me their pictures and names but I was 20 years old and have forgotten their names. All I can remember is the Older one (possibly Debra) has dark hair and Italian features, and similar Features to me. I look a lot like my birth Fater, Victor. The younger one has a Month name ie: April, May or June. I thought I would always remember that but I don’t remember which one and she had blonde hair and did not look like me at all. He told me he traveled to NY with them but after talking to my birth mother and finding out that I had found her and he agreed to meet me he sent them back home to Florida and he stayed to meet me. As I was the product of an affair he absolutely forbade me to ever contact them. I figured I would have to wait til later in life til he passed to ever try to find them. As far as I know they do not know of me at all, but his other brother Rocky, does know and I met with them together. I am searching for my 2 half sisters. I am getting older 51 and I want to try to find them before it is too late. I don’t know if Victor is still alive or not, though I expect not. My birth mother has passed as have both if my adoptive parents many years ago and I am alone in life. I’ve tried searching on my own and I cannot find any information on any of them. I just want them to know that I exist and the choice would be their’s if they want a relationship or to meet at all. I would love to find and meet them and hope for a sibling relationship.
