I am an adoptee searching for either or both of my birth parents. I was born on January 22nd, 1965, at Staten Island Hospital. My birth name was Jacqueline Lee Dail and my birth mother’s name was Bonnie Dail, born in Chicago (according to my birth certificate) and 18 when I was born. I was adopted 5 months later via the Louise Wise Agency in Manhattan. I am 5’3", originally blond, with blue eyes. My birth mother was described as pretty, blond, with dark brown eyes. My birth father was described as blond with blue eyes. There is no name listed under my birth father.
