The adopted person is my father who was born as William Dulcher which we believe was his birth father’s name as well. My father found his birth mother who gave him two photo!s. One of herself and one of his grandparents just marked grandma and grandpa Weiss. They are studio photos and somebody out there may also have copies. My father never discussed his adoption as his adopted parents lied to him about it. I always wanted to meet my biological family. I h ave a DNA test on ancextry.com, but no results
