I am searching for my biological brother who was adopted. He was born in Brooklyn NY between Sept 22-27 in 1989. Our biological mother is named Rosa Sanchez. She did not raise me either. My brothers name at birth was either Jason Michael Rivera or Michael Jason Rivera or Jason Sanchez. He was placed in foster care and then later adopted when he was a toddler or very young (possibly at 5). I have been searching for him for the past 20 years.
