I was adopted in Syracuse, NY at approximately 3mths old thru Department of Social Services. I have my non-identifying information and have two other siblings born prior to me - I just don’t have their DOB. My Birth Certificate has 10/6/67 however I remember seeing a date in July looking thru paperwork my parents gave me. I know that my mother was 25 yrs. old - highest level of education 10th grade 5’3" brown eyes and my birth father 30 years old.
