Searching for anyone born at Millard Fillmore or Sister’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY, in the years: 1963 up to maybe 1970. Birth mother’s name is Dorothy Onan, of Irish descent. Birth father’s name is Tacho Kuntcheff, of Bulgarian descent. 5 siblings have been located thus far, including a set of twins, and we have knowledge there may be more siblings not yet found. Most were adopted to families in the Buffalo area. Adoptions were privately arranged, with the attorney being Charlton Blair. These adoptions were not legal at the time, and many of us had to be legally adopted at a later age.
