Hi my name is Carla I am searching for 1 of my brothers whos name at birth was Andre Dominico. Sense then i was told his name may be Jose , Joseph exc?.. when he was born in the hospita he never leftmthe hospsital with ths bio mother. He was adopped from ther . However in the 1990s he traveled with with his adoptive family fromflorida to visit his bio mother . I was never told anything unttil after the fact . The only good thing that came from that was me getting a couple current picures of him. Thank you
