My son is age 3 his name is Lukas Charles Falkler he was born on August 4th, 2016 at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo NY. He was Kidnaped by CPS without Court Order when he was born cause of the father threatened the hospital. They said I would get him back at 6 month old of age and never did and I was threatened and forced to give him up. I just want to know if he has been adopted out.
