Looking for my half sister, who I hope is loking for me. She is the daughter of my late father who would have been born 1945-1946 in Germany or Belgium during the World War II era. I understand that there was communication between the birth mother and my father but not sure why it ended.My father and the birth mother may have been in a photo together in a newspaper that talked avout Amercian men and German woman durung WWII. Not sure of the relationship between my father and the birth mother and why it ended..though he later married my mother...and here I am
