I’m not exactly sure what to write here but, I was born October 13th 1996 at Stong Hospital in Rochester New York. My parents adopted me through Catholic Family Services. When I was born I had a problem with my kidneys and I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I was told that my birth parents came to visit me during that time. I also have a teddy bear which was given to me by my birth parents. As far as physical appearance goes I am 5’5, I have blonde hair and hazel eyes.
