My son, Christian Edward Thomas 11/01/1972 was Born in Syracuse NY, so was I ! My maiden name is Debra Thomas. I am on Ancestry and 23me sites with DNA. NY state Adoption said I could see him at 18, then changed the law to 21 then changed the Law that only the Birth child could open the documents, not the Mother. Have been frustrated year after year. Please help me find my son.
