I was born on November 16th, 1960 in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Queens. N.Y. I came to my adoptive parents when I was 3 days old. My adoptive parents gave in a petition to the Surrogate Court of Kings County, which was granted on June 5th, 1961, No 22595, by Maximillian Moss Surrogate, granting my adoptive parents the right to adopt me, who was referred to previously as "Male Eisenberg". That’s all I have. I would love to meet up with my Birth Parents, if at all possible. Thank you.
