I was told that I was born in Catskill, NY at Catskill Memorial Hospital on 11/26/1975 (this hospital no longer exists). My birth mother’s first name was Virginia, and she was 13 years old at the time I was born, 16 years old when I was signed over for adoption in 1979 (I was age 3). The adoption took place through Catholic Charities.
