Got my original birth certificate from NYS. Birth mother name on it Shirley Ann Kastenhuber 16 yrs older at time of birth. Adopted in March 1963 from an agency in Elmira‚ NY. She named me Cynthia Lynn Kastenhuber. No birth father listed. He was about 3 yrs older‚ the oldest of 5‚ and non-identifying information indicates he enlisted in the military.
