My father and his twin sister was adopted around 1967. They were born 12/16/1966 in Queens,NY. We are currently trying to find any information that will led to finding them. We know of a family name,Bowen. My father recently did a DNA test and has found 1st and 2nd cousins. Nobody seems to have any information or knowledge on twins being adopted out. They have informed us of 8 siblings that could potentially be one if his parents. All of them have passed away except for 1. Any help would be fantastic! Thank you
