I am adopted. After many years of searching on and off I did DNA testing through 23 and Me. I had one match that led me to a 2nd cousin, who led me to a first cousin, who figured out who my birth father was and subsequently led me to my (FULL) sister and birth mother (and 5 half siblings). You are my full sister. You were born Lyn Marie at Salamanca Hospital in Cattaraugus County NY in mid- to late-August in 1966 or 1967. You were surrendered at birth and placed into foster care. You were in a minor fender bender while you were in their care sometime in September/October. Your birth mother changed her mind and did not go through with the adoption process and you were returned to her around November/December. Then the end of January, she made the difficult decision to surrender you again to give you the best opportunity. You were adopted at about 6 months old. The social worker who handled the option was Mrs. Felton and she was located in Olean, NY. You are lovingly searched for!
