I was born on December 22‚ 1971 in Syracuse‚ NY at St Joseph’s Hospital. According to the information I have‚ I was 6 months premature and was originally given the name Irlene or Irene (something like that). My doctor was Dr. DiCosmo (I think that’s the spelling) but I don’t have much else to go on. I was in the hospital for a few months since I was 1lb 4 oz at birth. I went directly into the foster-care system from the hospital and was ultimately adopted by my foster parents. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
