I am in search of birth parents. I was born in Williamsport Pennsylvania on August 22, 1966. My given birth name was Beth Ann. I was in foster care through Elmira Family & Children’s Services for 6 months, and then went to my adopted family in New York. I believe the adoption took place in 1967. My adoptive parents have told me that my mother was a 17 year old girl, who was very sweet, and my father was a good guy to, they were just young. Please contact me if anyone has any information.
