Looking for my sister her birth name was Frances Blanche Cumber. Our parents had passed a few years apart and their was no one to care for us. Frances and I (Nelson) were taken to Albany 1st then we took a plane to NY, NY Children’s Aid Society at 105 East 22nd Street New York, New York. Are birth parents names are Father: Edwin Cumber and Mother: Mary Elizabeth Olin they had 8 children. 5 boys Leroy who passed within first year of life then there’s Arthur, Edwin, Nelson (me) and Carl The 3 girls are Ruth, Ione and then Frances (the one I’ve have been searching for) The last time I saw Her was at the agency when we they separated us... except one time when the agency took us both to the hospital to get our tonsils out. I don’t know her adopted name or what year she was adopted. She was about 8 years old, I was about 6 that was the last time we saw each other.... The year was about 1934-1937
